1. Why should I use a consultant?

2. How long does it take to process a visa application?
Visa processing times vary depending on where you are applying for the German Work Visa. However, on average, you can expect to be issued your visa within 2–8 weeks of submitting your application.
3. I don't have a university degree. Can I still apply?
It is very difficult to apply for a German work Visa without an university degree. Crucially, your university institution must be recognized in Germany, and your degree must be deemed comparable to an equivalent German qualification. To demonstrate this, you have two options.
Find your qualification on the Anabin online database.
Obtain a Statement of Comparability from ZAB (Central Office for Foreign Education).
4. How long can I live in Germany on a Work Visa?
Your initial German Work Visa aligns with the term of your employment contract. For those with permanent contracts, the visa typically spans 3 – 4 years. Upon expiration, you may proceed to apply for renewal of your German Work Visa.
5. My application was refused. Can I reapply?
